Charles C. Wimberly, III (Trey) is a Member of Perrier & Lacoste’s Mississippi office. Trey concentrates his practice in the fields of trucking and transportation casualty litigation, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and commercial general liability claims and coverage issues.
Trey attended Louisiana State University where he graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2000. As an undergrad, Trey was awarded a full academic scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. Trey earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003. While at Alabama, he served as a Senior Editor for the Alabama Law Review.
Trey is currently in his fifteenth year of practice and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi and Alabama, and is an active member of the Harrison County Bar Association. He has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating with a 4.7/5.0 peer rating and has been selected as a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star from 2010-2018.
Trey resides in Gulfport, Mississippi and is a parishioner of Nativity BVM Catholic Church.
