Sarah McMillin is an associate in the firm’s Mississippi office. She routinely handles accidents involving commercial motor vehicles, passenger vehicles, and other personal injury matters through all stages of litigation. She has represented clients in business transactions, premises liability and product liability cases, and has experience in real estate, estate planning, and probate matters.
Sarah is a Mississippi native and received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in journalism and English from the University of Mississippi in 1998. In 2000, Sarah received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law.
Sarah is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar and Alabama Bar in 2001. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2017.
Sarah is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, and the Alabama Bar Association.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She resides in Madison, Mississippi with her husband Mike.
